Home remedy For Weight Loss

  • To reduce weight add salt and lime juice in lukewarm water and drink in the morning. 
  • Drink vegetable soup and eat papaya in dinner for two-three  months to reduce the weight.
  • Drink ginger tea or green tea to reduce the obesity.
  •  Add grinned carrot into butter milk and drink daily to reduce fat.


  •  This is very common and effective home remedy to control the obesity.  Add 1/2 tbs honey and 1/2 tbs lemon juice in a  warm water. Drink it with empty stomach. 

  • Add 1/2 tbs tulsi paste and 1/2 tbs honey in warm water and drink it. To control the obesity it is best home remedy.

  • Use powder of  black pepper in vegetables and vegetable soup. Black pepper powder not only increase the taste of food but help us also to control the obesity.
