- To reduce weight add salt and lime juice in lukewarm water and drink in the morning.
- Drink vegetable soup and eat papaya in dinner for two-three months to reduce the weight.
- Drink ginger tea or green tea to reduce the obesity.
- Add grinned carrot into butter milk and drink daily to reduce fat.
